Ricardo Filipe Ramos holds a Ph.D. in Management, specialization in Marketing. He is an Assistant Professor at Polytechnic of Coimbra, Portugal. His research interests include Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Social Media, and Tourism and Hospitality. Ricardo enjoys taking advantage of online reviews and working with text mining techniques. He has research published in peer-reviewed journals such as the International Journal of Hospitality Management, European Research on Management and Business Economics, and European Journal of Management and Business Economics.
