Starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, the Postgraduate Program in Business Intelligence and Analytics for Hospitality & Tourism has evolved into a new format and designation, becoming part of NOVA IMS’s executive education offer under the name Executive Program Business Analytics for Hospitality Management.
This evolution reflects the transformation of the hospitality sector, which is increasingly driven by data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence - essential tools for optimizing business performance, anticipating demand, and strengthening organizations’ competitiveness.
The Postgraduate Program was designed to address the emerging challenges of digitalization in the sector, promoting skills in business intelligence, data analytics, and the optimization of operations in tourism and hospitality. It stood out for its strong practical applicability and its contribution to preparing professionals to lead data‑driven innovation processes.
The new Executive Program Business Analytics for Hospitality Management, builds on this solid foundation while offering a more flexible structure tailored to working professionals. It focuses on the practical application of analytical methodologies in real management contexts, including revenue management, customer experience, and operational efficiency within the sector.
