The NOVA IMS IT Department provides daily helpdesk support to the entire NOVA IMS community and offers a wide range of software tools from ESRI, IBM SPSS, SAS, SAP, SMART PLS, Qualtrics and Microsoft (365/Fabric/Azure) for teaching, research and administrative purposes.
