Carlos Passos DwP Summit 24

Carlos Manuel Ferreira de Passos was born in Lisbon in 1962. He holds a Master's degree in Peace and War Studies and a postgraduate degree in Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence from NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS) at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. 
An auditor in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, and Crisis Management in Cyberspace, he has held several national representations at NATO, notably participating in the Information Services Sub-Committee (SubCommittee 5). He was responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling NATO projects in the Information Technology Systems component at NATO sites in Portugal. 
In 2017, he became the Director of Information Systems at the National Defense. Throughout his career, he has received several commendations and awards.
