Cátia Moreira began her career at Foundever 25 years ago as an agent, climbing the ranks to her current position today. Over the past six years, she has focused on the Performance area, holding roles such as Performance Manager, Performance Director, and now serves as VP of Performance. In this capacity, she oversees several critical areas including continuous improvement initiatives, transformation, performance enhancement strategies, and development programs.
