Joana Baptista DwP Summit 24

Joana Baptista graduated in Law from Universidade Lusíada and completed an MBA at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. She began her career as a Legal Advisor at the Municipality of Oeiras, holding various leadership positions in the Municipal Police and Civil Protection Department.
From 2017 to 2021, she served as Councillor of the Oeiras City Council, overseeing Municipal Works, Environment and Quality of Life, Mobility and Transport, Municipal Police, and Civil Protection. Currently, she is again a Councillor, responsible for Municipal Works, Environment, Mobility, and Civil Protection, and is a Board Member of SIMAS. Her notable initiatives include organizing the 2023 World Youth Day and requalifying the school park.
