NOS has acquired a 20% interest in DareData Engineering, a Portuguese firm specializing in artificial intelligence, led by Ivo Bernardo, president of the NOVA IMS Alumni, alongside Nuno Brás and Rui Figueiredo. This strategic alliance aims to bolster the technological innovation efforts of both companies.

DareData, which employs over 50 engineers and data scientists, achieved an 82% revenue increase in 2023, underscoring its robust expansion. The company operates AI projects across multiple industries and has extended its global footprint, serving clients in the United States, Brazil, and Norway.
