The event will function in a round-table format and will have  João Cadete de Matos (president of ANACOM), João Palmeiro (president of API), Helena Martins (responsible for Public Policies at Google in Portugal) and Miguel de Castro Neto (director of NOVA Information Management School) as speakers.
