Upon arrival, Lourenço Lucena, CEO of the creative agency BLUG mobilised his team to idealise the project and design a platform that would meet the needs felt by refugees in terms of job search and the willingness of companies to support this community. BLUG allied with NOVA Innovation & Analytics Lab of NOVA IMS to realize the idea.
