NOVA IMS, in collaboration with PACE University, organized the Global Program in New York, an immersive one-week experience designed to provide participants with unique insights into business, technology, and culture. The program, held from July 22 to July 26, 2024, offered a diverse range of activities and seminars.

The week was kicked off with a welcome session at PACE University, followed by a brainstorming session and a tour of the financial district. Key seminars included "Managing Exceptional Talent in the U.S." and "The Impact of Generative AI on American Businesses," led by esteemed professors and industry experts.

The program also featured live case studies on innovation in the digital age, design thinking activities in Central Park, and an exploration of omnichannel strategies with a focus on Walmart and Amazon. Highlights included visits to iconic locations like Long Island and a business lunch at Chelsea Market.

Participants had the opportunity to engage with thought leaders such as Dr. Ibraiz Tarique, Chair of the Department of Management and Management Science at PACE University; Ioanna Onasi, Co-founder and CEO of Dextego; Michael Hiskey, marketing executive and former product director at IBM; Emily Goldsmith, UX researcher at Google; Dr. Pradeep Gopalakrishna, Chair of the Marketing Department at PACE University; Adam Hadi, VP of Marketing at Current; and Dr. Diogo Hildebrand, Professor at City University of New York (Baruch College). The week concluded with a live case study presentation, providing hands-on experience in translating theoretical concepts into practical business strategies.
