Teresa Rosas serves as the IT director of the largest insurance group in Portugal, managing a dynamic team of over 600 personnel responsible for deploying IT services across multiple regions and countries. With more than 25 years of experience, she has consistently focused on converting business objectives into innovative and value-generating technological strategies. Her leadership skills are exemplified in her execution of the Digital Agenda, vital for the business's transformation, and the establishment of the Advanced Analytics Center. Additionally, her role in advancing the Agile program has been crucial in enhancing organizational agility in IT. Teresa holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed an Advanced Management Program at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
