Biography
Fátima Trindade Neves is an Invited Assistant Professor at NOVA IMS, where she earned a Ph.D. in Information Management. She holds a degree in Geographic Engineering from the University of Lisbon.
As a Non-Resident Integrated Researcher at MagIC and NOVA Cidade Urban Analytics Lab, she conducts research on information systems and urban analytics. With extensive experience in digital transformation, she led national and international ICT projects as Head of IT at the Directorate-General of School Administration (Ministry of Education) and as Head of Smart Cities in Cascais, where she developed smart territorial management strategies.
At AMA, she coordinated administrative simplification projects and managed key national platforms like the Citizen and Company Portals. She is currently an R&D Project Manager at IAPMEI, focusing on information systems, artificial intelligence, and data science.
She is an Associate Editor of Humanities and Social Sciences Communications (Springer Nature) and a member of APOGEP, Wikimedia Portugal, and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
