António Oliveira Martins is a guest lecturer at NOVA IMS Information Management School and has been with Sistemas McDonald's Portugal since 1992. Over the course of his career, he has worked in various areas, including Real Estate, Marketing, Operations, Training, and Human Resources. He currently leads the Franchising Department, managing relationships with all the system’s Franchisees. He holds a degree in Organizational Sociology from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and has completed three executive programs in Business Management and Leadership at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and NOVA SBE, where he also completed training in Strategic Thinking. Additionally, he earned a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and serves as a Career Management & Student Mentor.
