Rui Soares is currently invited teacher at NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS). He has a postgraduate degree in Project Management (ISLA) and a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (University of Minho). His research interests include cybersecurity, the management of IT services and their integration with other areas. He has been a regular speaker at IT service management industry conferences (itSMF in Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Singapore and Service Desk Institute). He has also carried out projects in information security, IT service management, GDPR and business continuity.
