Catarina Ferraz is a PhD student in Information Management at NOVA IMS. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from NOVA FCSH and a Master's in Information Management with a specialization in Marketing Intelligence from NOVA IMS. Her research focuses on Information Systems and the Management of Cultural and Creative Industries.
