Informatic Services

The NOVA IMS IT Department provides daily helpdesk support to the entire NOVA IMS community, and offers a wide range of software tools from ESRI, Clark Labs, Microsoft, MicroStrategy, OutSystems, QlikView, SAP, SAS and SYBASE for teaching, research and administrative purposes.

Opening Hours

Electronic support is provided through our ticketing system, which should be used to submit questions, report technical issues or request assistance.

September to July

Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

August

Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
