Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The privacy policy and legal notices of NOVA IMS’ websites were executed in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the Lei de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (Lei n.º 67/98, de 26 de Outubro)/Personal Data Protection Law (Law no. 67/98, of October 26) and the Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004, de 7 de Janeiro / Decree-Law No 7/2004, of 7 January, and may be revised or amended at any time, in particular, in order to be adapted to the legislation in force.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions - By creating an account on the NOVA IMS Applications Portal, the user acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, they should not create an account or use the portal.
2. Account Creation - To access the Applications Portal, users are required to create an account. When creating the account, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. NOVA IMS reserves the right to refuse or cancel the registration of any account containing false, incomplete, or outdated information.
3. Use of the Applications Portal - The user agrees to use the Applications Portal solely for legitimate purposes related to applying for programs offered by NOVA IMS. Use of the portal for any other purpose, including illegal or fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.
