Pedro Batista is a Data Scientist at the Portuguese Court of Auditors, with extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Digital Transformation. He is also an Invited Professor at NOVA IMS, where he teaches courses in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and SQL. Previously, he held leadership positions in IT and Data Management, including roles at the Public Finance Council and SPMS – Shared Services of the Ministry of Health, where he led teams in areas such as Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from NOVA IMS and has an academic background in Computer Engineering, Business Management and Administration, and Humanities.
