Maria Inês Monteiro holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management and a Master's degree in Data Science and Advanced Analytics. Throughout her academic journey, she has received Academic Excellence Awards and distinctions for outstanding performance in specific course projects. Her main research area currently focuses on the drivers of social media corrective behaviors, exploring the intersection of various statistical methods and Text Mining techniques. In addition to her academic career, she also works at the Statistics Department of Banco de Portugal.
