Rita Antunes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and a Postgraduate degree in Statistics and Information Management, specializing in Marketing Research and CRM, from NOVA IMS, and completed an exchange semester at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Since 2017, she has built her career at SAP, the German multinational leader in enterprise management software, working in presales, consulting, and development teams for Customer Experience (CX) solutions such as CRM, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud. Currently, as a Client Delivery Manager, she is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and S/4HANA Private Cloud service contracts, managing multiple large accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction standards.
