Manuel Leiria holds a PhD in Economics and Business Sciences from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve and a Master’s degree in Management, with a specialization in Strategy and Planning, from ISEG, University of Lisbon. His professional career has been primarily focused on the financial sector, and he currently serves as Coordinating Director of the Organization and Planning Office at the Portuguese Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority.
