  • If you cannot visit us before we close our Services, we have our Library After Hours available – contact us during work hours and we will leave your loans or collect your returns from the NOVA IMS Reception Desk on the next workday (late fees may apply)

  • For inaccessible and essential resources, send us a ticket with the following information: author(s), title, DOI/ISBN, publication date. We will do our best to contact other institutions to obtain a copy for you as quickly as possible.
